1. DZL series is coal/biomass fired single water-drum steam boiler
with horizontal
structure and full-automatic operation.
2. It adopts Water Treatment for automatic water softening, Coal
Feeder for automatic fuel feeding, Traveling Chain for automatic
combustion, Slag Remover for automatic deslagging
3. In additional, DZL series boiler also equipped with Economizer
for full using of the waste heat in exhaust smoke, Dust Collector
for realizing exhaust dedusting, Water Level Controller for
automatic water feeding/water cutting, Overpressure Protective
Device for automatic decompression, Sound & Light Alarm Device for
malfunction warning, etc.
Features
1. Big combustion furnace, spirally corrugated tubes, dust
collector, automatic operation etc. can fully enhance the thermal
efficiency and reduce the smoke temperature; also gets simple
operation and environmental.
2. The independent water treatment device can improve the water
quality before feeding into the boiler; lengthen the boiler service
life.
3. DZL boiler has automatic fuel deeding/ combustion/ deslagging
etc, so the user only need one worker for boiler operation. This
will save much of and labour cost; and reduce the labour intensity
as well.
4. DZL series is packed boiler. After receiving the goods, user
just need to connect the valve instrument/ fans/ chimney/ dust
catcher/ water/ electricity for quick operation. And this kind of
boiler has simple ignition and quick steam raising, etc features.
